To continue innovation & growth at this site it's become necessary to disclose many factual details about imitators, and vendors who persist to copy
and sell our productions, some even claiming them as their own efforts. There is very little of this activity that occurs without us being aware of it.
Please consider this as "customer education" - Due to the rampant copying of our Work, our prices for 8th Man, Prince Planet, and Marine Boy are
lower than ever - when only a scant few dollars stand between you obtaining our original source productions ...we believe you will choose the
8Store for your hard-earned entertainment dollar! Look below to see all the good things we have contributed to vintage anime fandom!!
We also wish to inform those Vendors on eBay, Yahoo Auctions, Sell.com, etc and their own websites selling OUR Work to stop now that you are aware of the
origins of the material. If you really are a true fan of these programs you will pay due respect to this website and stop selling our hard Work as if you authored it.
WBComics did author their own 8th Man DVDs from VHS copies obtained from us early this decade. Other vendors like "thebestcartoons" simply RIPPED the
WBcomics DVDs claiming them to be their own productions, we have samples that prove this without a doubt! To learn more about substandard Prince Planet DVDs
click here. We are not requesting anyone quit selling 8th Man or Prince Planet in general, just the episodes from our films and special productions listed below.
BE AWARE they are Derivative Works and you do not have permission from 8thman.com to copy them. There are still 20 of the old video rarities vhs episodes that
have been around for years and Prince Planet tapes so please use them...to make DVDs and /or improve on your own.

We have released numerous episodes that previously were never available to the collecting public, no other site is authorized to make them
available for sale as they are Derivative Works produced by 8thman.com.
Two production methods employed are:
a) 16mm film transfer of ultra rare episodes to video
b) New remastering / resyncing of rare audio elements to newer pristine quality sources.

are on good terms with this vendor and they link back to our site, but our 8th Man DVDs are superior (and less expensive FYI)

Another Point that is related here - Many of these vendors claiming rights to or selling the episodes we poured heart & soul into -- ALSO
have sold or are Active on eBay or other auctions.
In haste to create a "product" these vendors will often use any kind of images or artwork they can copy/paste from the Internet, and yes, that
includes this site as well. Their "art" is slapped together from a hodge-podge of stolen graphics and we eventually reveal where they are
getting the images from here on this page.
So who else sells a NINE DVD set of 8th Man episodes?
A site called "the Best Cartoons" fits that description, we have obtained samples of these "Century 22 Productions" and they are nothing but
Ripped Copies of the "World's Best Comics DVDs" with their intro and logos all intact. The WB DVDs are made from copies of our VHS tapes
produced by us in the old days with our exclusive contributions of 8th Man episodes like Monster Bird, Black Fog Bank Mob and Elevator
Trap, episodes only 8thman.com owns the master films in 16mm format -- plus our exclusive remastered works like The Savage Fish and the
Cruel Clown using rare audio tracks, from a private collection unavailable to the public.
Our CURRENT 8th Man 2.0 and Legacy DVDs are the absolute FINEST 8th Man DVDs you can obtain today, bar
none.
Please patronize this Site, and not those who copied 8thman.com's hard work and/or lay claim to our work, hurting this site that
has given so much to fandom of Vintage Anime.

Some vendors took Copies of copies of our old 8th Man VHS tapes and made 9 DVD sets also.
Plus our Old set does not contain the rare episodes Attack of Tarantula, The Racing Rockets and The Shadow Bandits!
Competitors DVDs could be made from VHS tapes... we supplied VHS to collector's for many years, and many other
"DVD sets" are fashioned from these poorer "DVDs" (DVDs made from Copies, of copies of tapes and
poorly authored to DVD to boot.
